If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 calendar days of shipping — even if the carrier hasn’t officially marked it as lost — we’ll consider it lost and issue a full refund automatically, no questions asked.
• If the carrier confirms your package is lost or misdelivered, we’ll provide a full refund immediately.
• If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error by us or the courier, we guarantee a full refund.
