1. Fulfillment & Transit

  • Step 1: Quality Assurance (1–4 Days): Every item undergoes a thorough inspection and industrial-grade packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
  • Step 2: Tracked Shipping (5–10 Days): We partner with trusted carriers to provide clickable end-to-end tracking and full insurance.
  • Regional Fulfillment: To speed up delivery, your order is automatically routed through the optimal fulfillment center for your specific location.
  • Multiple Shipments: To get your items to you as fast as possible, they may ship separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

2. Regional Shipping & Customs

  • International Orders: Depending on your country's laws, local duties or taxes may apply. While we provide estimates for your convenience, final customs fees are determined by your local authorities upon arrival.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking info via email: You’ll receive a tracking number and clickable link as soon as your order is processed. You can also monitor your shipment directly from our store’s tracking section.
  • Two-stage delivery: For efficiency, some shipments use a regional carrier first, followed by your local carrier for the final mile.

4. Order Cancellation

Modifying Your Order: If you need to cancel, please reach out to us immediately. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you; however, if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not technically possible. In such cases, you can simply initiate a return for a refund once the package is delivered.


5. The Devicean Delivery Guarantee

To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a full refund or a one-time replacement if:

  • Lost in Transit: Officially confirmed as lost by the carrier.
  • Carrier Error: The order is misdelivered due to a verified courier mistake (not including incorrect address provided at checkout).
  • Damaged on Arrival: Please notify us within 3 business days with a photo or unboxing video for instant processing.
  • Incorrect Item: The received item does not match your order confirmation.

6. Full-Transit Assurance

In the rare event of an extended transit delay (where tracking shows no movement for a 30-day security threshold), we officially declare the package lost.

At this point, we will proactively offer a priority replacement or issue a full refund immediately. Our goal is to ensure a stress-free experience without you having to file complex claims.


7. Accuracy & Security

  • Address Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping details. While we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses, our team will still assist you in attempting to redirect the package. Note: Packages returned due to incorrect address information follow our Return Policy (Customer Error section).
  • Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or building management. If it's still missing, contact us immediately. We will take full charge of launching a formal carrier investigation and guide you through every step. Resolution is based on the carrier's official GPS and scan verification to ensure fairness.
  • Delivery Verification: If the carrier provides official confirmation (scan, GPS, or photo) to the correct address provided, the order is considered successfully delivered. However, if delivery cannot be officially verified to the correct location, we will provide a full replacement or refund. You will never have to resolve carrier disputes alone.
