Shipping & Delivery
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.99 applies, regardless of package weight.

- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Times: Typically 5–15 business days, depending on location.
- Delivery Guarantee: Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, during peak seasons, carrier delays, or adverse weather, delivery may take longer. If your order is not delivered or stuck in transit for more than 45 calendar days after shipment, we will issue a full refund automatically — no questions asked.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we guarantee a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
- Delivery Issue Protection: If your package is delivered to the wrong address or there’s a shipping error, we guarantee a full refund or replacement. If the issue is caused by us or the carrier (e.g., incorrect address), we’ll resolve it at no cost to you, including a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
- You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including dissatisfaction or if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For returns due to dissatisfaction, return shipping fees may apply.
- How to Return: Contact us at help@devicean.com or log into your account to start the return process. We will provide clear instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- No Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.
